Primary Functions:

Under the supervision of the Compliance Officer, provides administrative support for all activities associated with the Credit Union's Compliance program. Carries out compliance-related functions to meet the operational and administrative objectives of the Credit Union.

• Assists with Verafin alerts and takes actions accordingly
• Knowledge of laws and regulations that impact the Credit Union's compliance requirements with emphasis on the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC
• Assists with the implementation of Credit Union's policies, procedures, products and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Primary Functions:

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department that includes a range of duties requiring confidentiality and discretion.
• Assists in processing new hires with all necessary personnel forms during the offer stage and orientation period. Explains benefits, policies and procedures of the Credit Union.
• Assists in processing department related correspondence and prepares reports, presentations and spreadsheets for the Human Resources Manager and other members of the management teams.

Primary Functions:

• Serve as a liaison between members and the Credit Union.
• Open accounts for members, research and resolve issues, professionally handles members’ questions and concerns.
• Provide informational services to members depending on their needs, and cross sells the appropriate products, services and programs of the Credit Union.
• Ensure proper processing of IRA transactions, including the posting of IRA certificate withdrawals, mailing of all documents for Required Minimum Distributions.

Minimum Qualifications:
