What to Expect in Our Hiring Process

At Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union, we want you to feel informed and empowered throughout your candidate experience. Here's a brief overview of what you can expect:

1. Apply

Submit your resume for any open position that aligns with your experience and career goals.

2. Resume Review

Our internal recruitment team and our recruitment partner, TQC Team, will carefully review all submissions. Selected candidates will be contacted via phone or email to schedule a screening interview.

3. Interview Process

Following an initial phone screening with TQC Team, a shortlist of candidates will be invited to meet with our internal recruitment team, either in person or via Zoom, depending on the role and location.
