Existing app users will simply need to update their app once the new Digital Banking platform is live.

If you are already using online or mobile banking, you will be able to log in to the new Digital Banking using your existing username and password.

If you are enrolling for the first time, you will need your Social Security number and address to get started.

Your automatic transfers will remain in place and continue without interruption on the new Digital Banking platform. Once you log in, we recommend reviewing your transfer details to confirm they are accurate.

The only browser requirement is that your browser must be HTML5 compatible. We recommend updating your browser to the latest version available-not just to ensure compatibility with the new Digital Banking experience, but also to ensure that your online banking is as secure as possible.

Browsers below the following requirements may not provide functionality: Internet Explorer - Version 11 and below, Firefox - Version 24 and below, Chrome - Version 30 and below, Safari - Version 6 and below.

Absolutely. Our new Digital Banking will provide you the ability to bank anytime, anywhere from any device-conveniently and securely. You can download the app to your Android or Apple device, and it will provide a consistent experience with banking from your desktop. If you're on a platform that isn't Android or Apple, you can always access online banking via your HTML5-compatible mobile browser.

Access online banking using the Login button at the top of the page. Use the following login guides to help your first-time login.

In the new user experience, you can reorder your account display but are unable to segregate into different groups. See the Customize Your Dashboard video tutorial.

In online banking, click on View Statements in the top menu bar. In the mobile app, click on Menu and View Statements. Then select the account you want to view. If you are not able to see your statements, go to Paperless Settings and select the accounts you want to receive online statements for.

You are able to use the categories already setup or you may create your own label by tagging your transaction. See the Account & Transaction Details video tutorial.

You can enroll in Zelle® with a savings account, but a checking account is required to send and receive money.

We're excited to bring you an enhanced online and mobile banking experience - designed to give you more convenience, flexibility, and control wherever you are.
