Kailua-Kona, HI – Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (HCFCU), a leading financial institution serving Hawai‘i Island, is excited to announce a slate of upcoming classes and seminars designed to empower and educate the community.
Starting with Simplifying Social Security on Saturday, October 7, Scott Chikuma, Regional Vice President for MassMutual Ascend, will provide attendees with an understanding of social security, and learn how to plan for it. Next up, in partnership with the Waipahu Community School for Adults, HCFCU offers a Digital Literacy Class, running from October 17 through December 5. This class will equip kupuna and adults with the tools to use a computer, troubleshoot basic challenges, understand and articulate preferences for computer use, set up and manage an email account, navigate the internet, and much more.
Finally, find clear answers to your Medicare questions and take advantage of the benefits provided by United Health Care and Wellcare - Ohana. Presented by Jessie Grace, Licensed Agent for Financial Benefits Insurance, Inc., attendees of this free class will gain insights into Medicare eligibility, coverage options, and how to make the most of their healthcare benefits.
