Reports to: President/CEO
Primary Functions:
Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities such as staffing, employment, compensation, performance management, human capital growth and development, employee relations, labor law relations, benefits and training. Provides leadership by establishing and implementing human resource objectives, policies and strategic plans. Reviews, analyzes and makes recommendations on all policies and procedures related to human resources at theCredit Union. Completes semi-annual performance appraisals for authorized personnel, and ensures all Credit Union supervisorscomplete semi-annual performance appraisals for applicable subordinates in a timely manner. Ensures that human resource activities are conducted in accordance with established Credit Union policies and with governmental regulations.
