Primary Functions:

Performs a wide range of duties and supporting functions of the Credit Union’s Share Draft program in a timely, accurate manner; that provides Members with quality service. Prepares return share draft exception items and stop payment requests. Services Courtesy Pay accounts and accounts sent to Transworld Collection Agency. Processes disputes of unauthorized debits and share draft forgeries. Handles members inquiries and complaints, and counsels members as needed on share draft account maintenance. Assists the Share Draft Officer in all activities associated with the Share Draft program.
The position available is flexible to fit a Share Draft Clerk or a Share Draft Specialist; depending on experience.
