Got a phone? Then there's no need for members to wait in line, on hold or until the credit union opens to access your accounts. You can do almost all your credit union business, any time, any place via CALL24, our automated telephone teller system. It's quick, easy and convenient.

Simply call 329-9440 or 1-800-303-9440 from neighbor islands or the Mainland and follow the voice prompts. With CALL24, you'll be able to:

  • Make balance inquiries
  • Verify whether a check has cleared
  • Confirm withdrawals or deposits
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Check on the latest rates
  • Obtain Visa information

How to access CALL24.

To ensure security, stop by any one of our conveniently located branches, where you will personally select your four-digit authorization code to access CALL24. Our Member Service Specialists will show you how easy it is to use the system.

PIN
(Personal Identification Number)
The CALL24 system will ask you to enter your four-digit PIN (the same PIN number for e-branch online services). You may change this secret code at any time. It's easy using the automatic change feature.

Account suffixes.
A two-digit suffix identifies the type of account. If you don't know the suffix you need when entering a transaction, just wait and the CALL24 system will automatically list the suffixes. Choose the one you need and continue.

CALL24 TIPS:
  • Press pound (#) key to return to previous menu.
  • Use the star (*) key as the decimal point when entering dollars and cents.
  • It is not necessary to listen to all menu selection options before making a selection.
  • Transactions take effect immediately.
  • CALL24 will verify each amount before proceeding.
  • Cordless phones that are not fully charged or that have interference on the line may result in incomplete transactions.
  • Some touch tone phones have a "pulse-tone" switch. Phone must be on "Tone" setting to communicate with computer.
