Phishing Scams

What To Do If You're a Victim
If you have provided personal credit union account information via phone, email, social media or other means to someone you suspect was scamming you, contact Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union at 808-930-7700 or toll free at 1-800-514-2328

If you suspect you're a victim of phishing:

  • Ensure that your computer's firewall, anti-virus and spyware detection software is current.
  • Run a virus scan on your computer and clean up any viruses or trojans that are detected.
  • Change your Account Access password from an uninfected computer.
