 Text Banking

Want to know your current balance? How about a transaction history? Use Text Banking and have control right at your fingertips! Text Banking will work on any text message (SMS) capable phone from one of our supported carriers. All text messages should be sent to our shortcode 96865. 


How To Enroll 
Just download the App and following the prompts, its that easy!

  • Search for Hawaii Community FCU in the App Store or Google Play
  • Download the App
  • When prompted enter your eBranch access id & passcode 
  • click "Continue"
  • When prompted enter answers to two of your security questions
  • Click "Sign On"
  • When prompted enter the phone number associated with your eBranch login
  • Click "Enroll"
