Credit Union Honors Employee of the Year at its Annual Luncheon June 20, 2014
Melody Carvalho, Call Center Officer with the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union, was recently named its Employee of the Year at the organization’s annual membership meeting and luncheon.
Carvalho, who has been employed at the Credit Union for 8 years, was commended for her exemplary service to our members and for providing outstanding service and support to her fellow coworkers. She was described as an excellent role model who has earned the respect of her peers and leadership, and is greatly admired by her team. In 2013, Melody received a President’s Circle Award for being the Top Performing Department. She has been active in community activities such as March of Dimes and the Relay for Life.
In addition, several Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union volunteers and staff were recognized for their years of service. They are: Jecoliah Pacatang (5 years), Tyler Giddings (5 years), Alison Wilson (10 years), Christina Martin (10 years), Jan Baldado (10 years), Neivbea Zane (15 years), Kim Quirit (25 years), Lisa Carvalho (25 years), Flora Gomes (40 years).
