String of Phising Calls

There are reports from HCFCU members stating that they are receiving calls or messages from an automated system from individuals with foreign accents. The caller says "your debit card has been cancelled. If you'd like to re-activate your card, please enter your 16 digit card number or your account number."
A majority of the calls are come from the following number: 718-683-3104.
At no time will your Credit Union call and ask for sensitive and/or personal information. Please do not release confidential information such as your account number(s) to questionable sources. If they have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
