  Phishing Alert: Automated Phone Calls

  Members of Hawaii Community FCU and other credit unions have reported receiving automated phone calls that claim to be from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).

  String of Phising Calls

  There are reports from HCFCU members stating that they are receiving calls or messages from an automated system from individuals with foreign accents.   The caller says "your debit card has been cancelled.  If you'd like to re-activate your card, please enter your 16 digit card number or your account number."

  Foreign Visa Travel

  Members have reported trouble with making cash withdrawals from ATM terminals in foreign countries when using their HCFCU debit cards.  The issue is being worked on and will be resolved as soon as possible.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
