HAWAII COMMUNITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
PRESIDENT/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
HCFCU’S fundamental philosophy – a group of people joining together to help each other succeed. Their history and business style reflected in their focus of “Ownership Counts” began in 1936 when 10 coffee farmers got together and signed a charter for a new credit union. Today they are 41,000 members strong with assets of $375 million at five branches plus three student branches in high schools. www.hicommfcu.com
Under the direction of Board of Directors, the President shall be the CEO who shall plan, direct and supervise the operations and administration of this Credit Union within applicable laws, regulations, bylaws and policies. This person will be expected to maintain, motivate and inspire a cohesive team of professional managers committed to growth of the institution and ongoing service excellence.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum eight (8) years in management at a financial institution.
